INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

One on one consultation is provided as per Individual requirement, by a Psychologist.

Counseling is essentially a dynamic, interactive process between a trained counselor and the client. The key objective is that the client is better equipped with information, skills and techniques such that solutions emerge as a joint venture between the counselor and client.

The Counselor maintains complete confidentiality ,is non-judgmental and empathetic towards the clients.

SUPPORT GROUP THERAPY

What is Support Group Therapy?


Support Group therapy is an extremely powerful therapeutic approach in which persons with similar issues come together to share coping strategies while connecting with others that support and encourage one to achieve full recovery by providing an opportunity to learn about oneself through feedback and encouragement.

Group therapy empowers one, as it provides a safe, secure space that is free from all judgment. It fosters a sense of community, accountability, and growth.


The session is led under the guidance of a professionally trained therapist / Psychologist in a structured environment.
